Weekly promotional leaflet designed for Lidl US. (Lidl US:2021-2024)
As a Graphic Designer at Lidl, I aided the marketing team in designing captivating promotional leaflets every week. My primary responsibility in the design process was to gather and use company assets to create engaging page layouts both clearly communicated upcoming promotions and visually intrigue customers. All while staying within Lidl's brand guide lines.
Shown here are a few example of some pages from recent leaflets that I have worked on. They depict a range of designs for the leaflet from standard layouts, to special designs for holidays.
Examples of in-store product signage designed for Lidl US.(Lidl US: 2021-2022)
In my early years working with Lidl, one of the projects that I was assigned to was creating the graphics for special in-store banners. The banners where typically used for spotlight items and holiday promotions. I would work closely with the signage team to review and implement feedback, to insure that the final designs were ready for print and to be put on display.
Shown here are examples of my work. The 2022 Valentines Day and Black History Month signs on display at on of Lidl's stores in Virginia.
Ad campaign project for advertising course (George Mason University course project: 2020)
For this project in my advertising course at GMU I was tasked with designing an ad series for items around my home. I chose to center mine around a pair of Converse I had. I went a step further however, and create hypothetical new cross-promotion for Converse and the British band, Gorillaz. The two had worked together in the past, and at the time Gorillaz were in the middle of promoting their new project, Song Machine; which gave me the inspiration for this cross-promotion.
Shown hear are the main shoe and ad designs that I came up with for this project. I designed a set of four shoe designs(two high-top and two low-top), each featuring one of the four band members of Gorillaz. for the Ads I leaned into the light and bouncy imagery from the Song Machine bumpers, and the main tagline from the project "__has turned on the Song Machine." as the hook for the ads.
